The OMCOS 13 Organising Committee has arranged with several Geneva hotels to reserve blocks of rooms for OMCOS 13 participants.
These are offered at extremely advantageous rates if bookings are made before 15 April 2005.
The cut-off date (15 April 2005) for OMCOS-guaranteed preferential hotel rates has now been reached.

The following options are still available for conference participants:

1. Several hotels are still holding rooms at the OMCOS-conference prices for the next few weeks. These can be viewed below.
2. You must use the OMCOS 13 Hotel Reservation Form to book these hotels (except for hotel 11) and fax it to the desired hotel.
3. If you do not find a hotel in these remaining hotels that suits you, the Geneva Tourist Office website has a complete listing of Geneva hotels.
4. Please note that because of the very advantageous preferential rates that have been negotiated for this conference, all hotel bookings that you make will be binding.
   Please check carefully each individual hotel’s cancellation policy, and remember that "no shows" will usually be charged the full amount.
