ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Important dates and information:

  • 1 December 2004: abstract submission opens (ON-LINE ONLY)
  • 31 March 2005: deadline for abstract submission
  • The abstract submission phase is closed .
  • The reviewing phase is in progress.
  • Week 23-29 May: decision on status of abstracts.
  • 30 May: communication lecturers announced.


Poster presentations:

The conference will have a single poster session that runs throughout the conference (there will be a "poster-party" on Monday evening).
The organising committee will select 20 of the poster submissions and invite the authors to present their research in oral communication form (in addition to their poster presentation).


Status of abstracts submitted (note that only one abstract per participant is admitted):

3 June: Rejection of all posters of authors who have not registered for OMCOS 13. Payment must have been received at that date.

An abstract can have one of the following status:

  • Accepted as oral presentation
  • Accepted as poster
  • Rejected (e.g. abstract out of the scope of the conference, multiple submission per presenting author, unregistered presenting author)
